snowy escape in Andorra 🏔️
The staff were absolute legends, always going out of their way to. The spa vibes were on point, especially that outdoor pool-lekker! Plus, brekkie was a smash hit with loads of options!
Only downside was the WiFi, a bit of a mission, only worked in the lobby sometimes.

The spa vibes were just amazing, especially that outdoor pool. The buffet breakfast was a feast with local jams 😋. Only hiccup was WiFi being tricky at times. Can't wait to return!

The hotel is very well located in Soldeu. They have a great breakfast buffet, the staff is very nice.
They do not have internet in the rooms and the wi fi in the lobby is at times not very strong.

Excellent service through out my stay in the hotel. The reception staffs are all very nice and helpful. I must also highlight a gentlement (I think the Captain/supervisor of the restaurant) whom impressed us a lot. We went for our morning breakfast, when he saw us he great us in a good manner, asked us very nicely where we prefer to sit and inform us what we have for the breakfast. In between he will come to our table to chat and recommend what we can do for the day. He seems to do the same to other hotels guests. It is a simplest thing that a hotel staff can do to put the hotel to the world class map. This is so contrary to the Hotel we stay in Spain, most of the time we were treated like we owed it to them. Bravo Andorra& Sport Hotel!

The buffet-style breakfast offered a good variety, including local jams that added a nice touch. Staff were generally pleasant, but the hotel itself felt outdated and didn't provide the 4-star experience expected. The cost of amenities, such as the spa, was quite high, prompting us to seek dining options outside the hotel with better value for money. The mandatory ski locker service was somewhat inconvenient, as it wasn't strictly enforced.

The Spa facilities were fantastic. The rooms were good.
We specified that in the 4 person room we booked that we would like 4 seperate beds but we did not get this.

Very well managed hotel and very friendly staff. Food perfectly acceptable although not gourmet. Bedrooms rather too warm.
traffic noise at night due to proximity of road and preference to have window open
