We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just across from the gondola and with locker rooms conveniently close by. The room was excellent, offering breathtaking views of the mountains, and it was so convenient to be just a short walk from the lifts and lockers. The hotel itself is surrounded by splendid mountains, creating a stunning backdrop for our vacation.

Although we had an amazing experience at this hotel, we were disappointed that the hotel did not have its own parking. However, we found that the public car park just opposite the hotel was a convenient option, with a reasonable daily rate of only 10 euros.

The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful. It was my daughters birthday during our stay and the staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs

Ideal location close to great hiking trails, the town center, and the main ski lift. the rooms on higher floors are spacious and comfortable. 🏔️

The service is good with private parking available and outstanding meals. The breakfast was very good, we truly enjoyed a great selection of meals. The location is marvellous and stunning, 2 km from Escola...

the location to the ski lifts was excelent and the that they were happy with the kids in the bar area.

the food wasnt good, and there was mould in one of the cold cakes which when i sent back got no feed back and they didnt take the cake off the cake stand. my youngest son was ill for 24 hours after eating.

I had a wonderful experience staying at a hotel close to the lifts for skiing. the location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and convenient parking. the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, even allowing us to check out late without any additional charges. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options, all freshly cooked. the waiting staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. it was a great place to stay for a skiing vacation.

Excellent service through out my stay in the hotel. The reception staffs are all very nice and helpful. I must also highlight a gentlement (I think the Captain/supervisor of the restaurant) whom impressed us a lot. We went for our morning breakfast, when he saw us he great us in a good manner, asked us very nicely where we prefer to sit and inform us what we have for the breakfast. In between he will come to our table to chat and recommend what we can do for the day. He seems to do the same to other hotels guests. It is a simplest thing that a hotel staff can do to put the hotel to the world class map. This is so contrary to the Hotel we stay in Spain, most of the time we were treated like we owed it to them. Super comfy bed, a really nice room kept up well, with a cool patio, couch, and plenty of closet room. 😊

The hotel is very well located in Soldeu. They have a great breakfast buffet, the staff is very nice.

They do not have internet in the rooms and the wi fi in the lobby is at times not very strong.
